About the project
- Malaiwana is a gated estate on a wooded slope above Naithon Beach in the north-west of Phuket: a few minutes from the gate to the sand on foot or by buggy, about 20 minutes to the airport. The grounds are split in two — Malaiwana Estate, detached villas on their own plots, and The Residences, three-storey buildings of residences. Built in phases and finished in 2015.
- The Residences hold three unit types in one building: the Duplex takes the first and second levels (4 bedrooms, 600 m², 15×4 m pool), the Patio Duplex takes the same two lower levels but with 3 bedrooms, a multi-purpose room and a large patio, and the Penthouse takes the whole third level (4 bedrooms, 735 m², 20×5 m pool on the terrace). The buildings have lifts, and every unit has its own pool and a view of the Andaman Sea.
- The developer never standardised the Malaiwana Estate villas: each was built to its own design and carries a name. Villa Haleana — 6 bedrooms, 1,600 m² on an 1,800 m² plot, with a lift, a gym, a spa and two media rooms; Villa M — 5 bedrooms, 1,187 m² on a 1,428 m² plot, 25 m pool; Villa Rodnaya — 4 bedrooms, 1,671 m² on an 1,846 m² plot, kids playroom; Villa Chan Paa — 4 bedrooms, areas not published. The estate is serviced by Elite Havens (Dusit International): a manager, a chef, housekeeping, security and a spa programme.
- Listed here as resale: the developer publishes no floor plans with unit numbers and no master plan with plot numbers, so there is no stack plan — only official type layouts and photos. Owners' prices appear as they are confirmed.
