About the project
- Sri panwa takes up the whole of Cape Panwa: about 40 acres (80 rai) of slopes and ridges on the south-eastern tip of Phuket, with the villas standing 40–60 metres above the sea and some looking both ways, east and west. The resort was opened by the family group Charn Issara in 2006 and is still run by it.
- The developer's fact sheet counts 65 villas on the grounds: 28 one-bedroom of 190–230 m², 21 two-bedroom of 300–320 m² and 13 private residence villas with 3–5 bedrooms of 800–2,000 m² (the two-bedroom residence about 1,500 m², the three-bedroom about 900 m², four-bedrooms 900–1,600 m², five-bedrooms up to 2,000 m², Presidential X24 — 2,300 m²). The hotel suites are separate: The Habita — 20 Pool Suites of 70 m² and 10 penthouses of 140 m², 7 Pool Suites East of 90 m² and 24 Pool Suites in the Yaya block. Owners put their villas into the resort's rental programme for a 60% share of revenue and the right to stay as often as they like.
- The developer sells four residences of the latest phase itself, The Sky Series — Sun (X-28), Moon, Star and Venus, 5 bedrooms each, 1,253–1,338 m² built on plots of 1,000–1,206 m², with their own Baba Nest on the roof; also on offer are the two-bedroom Family Suite of 320 m² on a 568 m² plot and villa X25 — four one-bedroom villas of 141–150 m² around a shared pool, 1,275 m² on a 1,424 m² plot. Residents share the resort's facilities with the hotel: six restaurants and two Baba bars, Cool Spa, a private beach and pier, three pools, tennis and a gym.
- Listed here as resale: the frame comes from the official materials of the developer and the operator — villa types, areas and layouts. There is no stack plan, because the developer publishes neither floor plans nor a master plan with villa numbers, and owners' prices appear as they are confirmed.
