About the project
- An estate of single-storey pool villas in Cherngtalay, a few minutes from Bang Tao beach and the main Laguna entrance. The developer is the founder and former director of Sai Taan; the first Trichada phase launched in 2014 and was handed over in January 2017.
- Five completed phases — Trichada Villas (24 villas), Tropical (26), Sky (25), Breeze (36) and Azure (21): 132 villas in total; the first three phases were handed over to owners by December 2023, Breeze and Azure finished in 2024. A sixth phase, Essence (25 villas), is under construction. Every phase has an office and a gym at its entrance.
- Villas come with 2, 3 and 4 bedrooms, a pitched roof over the living room, a pool and parking by the house. The current design (Breeze, Azure): Type A — 4 bedrooms, 227 m² indoor and 399 m² total on plots from 617 m²; Type B — 3 bedrooms, 121 m² indoor and 221 m² on plots from 349 m². Knight Frank manages the common areas, and there is a rental programme.
